Natural Petrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. (NPPL) is manufacturing unsaturated Polyester resins with a production capacity of 43,000 MTPA.

The plant had been commissioned in 2005 by the group to further expand the production looking at the growing Indian markets as well as the neighboring Countries.

The plant is flexible to produce other resins like Epoxy Resin, Alkyd Resin, and Maleic Resin Etc. with existing Machineries and infrastructure.

Our manufacturing division is set up at village Bhimasar, Kutch – Gujarat, India and is strategically located due to its proximity to the Kandla Port and Airport as well as the Mundra Port.

In 2009, the company joined hands with Ashland Inc, a fortune 500 company, to manufacture their product line in India.

Product Details

Unsaturated Polyester Resins [UPR] are the basic raw materials for the manufacturing of glass reinforced plastic [GRP] also known as FRP ( Fibreglass Reinforced Plastics) products, which find applications in diverse fields like transportation [automobiles and helmets, car patch application], marine engineering [boat application], electrical engineering [chokes and transformer application], chemical fabrication [FRP tanks, cooling tower bodies etc], General [buttons, artificial marbles].

The main advantage of Glass Reinforced Plastics is that they are corrosion resistant.

Low end products like automobile body parts like helmets, mudguards, upholstery and body, building materials like doors, windows and translucent roofing sheets, process tanks susceptible to chemical corrosion, pollution control equipments for ventilating corrosive fumes, furniture like chairs and tables are the commonly found applications of composites.
