Dynamic Chemplast Corporation Limited

The group has set-up a state of the art plant sprawling across a 55 Acres/222,500 Square meter campus having a capacity of 100,000 MTPA to manufacture PET Specialty Products which span across PET Flakes, PET Chips / Pallets, PET Strapping & PET Fibre, at Gandhidham, Gujarat.

This is a one of a kind plant in India which has a tremendous capacity and is integrated forward. This integration is designed to maximize value addition.

Product Details

PET Flakes

Recycled PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) flakes can be used for manufacturing a wide range of products including polyester fibres, a base material for the production of clothing, pillows, carpets, etc., polyester sheet, strapping, or back into PET bottles.

PET Chips/Pellets

[15,000 MTPA]

Used as an intermediary product. The chips are dewatered and bagged or stored in the silo for subsequent processing. Used for manufacturing Polyester Staple Fibre, Polyester High Tenacity Yarn, Polyester Non-Woven Fabrics, PET B to B.

PET Strapping

[5000 MTPA]

Widely used in many different branches of industry, such as can industry, steel industry, architecture materials binding, chemical fibre industrial, paper plants, glass industrial, agriculture, tobacco, electronics, etc.

PET Fibre

[18,000 MTPA]

Is used in developed countries for very high strength fabric for filtration application e.g. tarpaulin, wind sales, roofing’s, tents etc.


Large demand supply gap in the international market because of limited number of producers.




The monofilament for zippers is one of the medium value added product which the Company will be producing from the plant.




Commonly used as Filler (stuffing) for cushions, pillows, stuffed toys, Insulation in sleeping bags, clothing, Textiles for clothing, upholstery, fabrics, In conveyor belts, Fishing nets.
